Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2025.

Hello, and thanks for visiting Polygon Price Prediction. Before you spend any time browsing the articles, predictions, or analysis on this site, please read through these terms carefully. They explain the ground rules for using polygonpriceprediction.com (the site), what we publish, and how the relationship between us works. By visiting the site, signing up for our newsletter, leaving a comment, or otherwise interacting with anything we put out, you’re telling us that you’ve read these terms and you accept them. If something here doesn’t work for you, the cleanest thing to do is close the tab and not use the site.

We’ve tried to keep the language reasonable. It’s still a legal document, so a few clauses are a bit stiff, but we haven’t hidden anything in the small print.

1. About us

Polygon Price Prediction is an independent online publication focused on Polygon (MATIC/POL) and the broader cryptocurrency market. We publish news, technical and fundamental analysis, price forecasts, market commentary, project breakdowns, and related content. The company behind the site is based in the United Arab Emirates. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Polygon Price Prediction. “You” and “your” mean anyone using the site.

If you need to contact us about anything in this document, email us at mail@polygonpriceprediction.com

2. Predictions are not guarantees, and nothing here is financial advice

This section matters more than any other one, so we’re putting it up top and we’re not going to be subtle about it.

The whole point of this site is to publish price predictions, forecasts, and analysis. Those predictions are educated guesses. They’re based on charts, historical data, on-chain metrics, news flow, our writers’ interpretation of where the market might go, and sometimes the output of forecasting models. They are not facts. They are not promises. They are not what’s actually going to happen.

Nobody — not us, not professional analysts, not the founders of the projects themselves — can tell you with certainty what the price of Polygon, Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any other crypto asset will be tomorrow, next month, or in 2030. Anyone who claims otherwise is either guessing or trying to sell you something. Our forecasts are best-effort estimates and they will frequently be wrong, sometimes by enormous margins.

Beyond that, nothing on the site is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice. We are not licensed financial advisers, and we are not registered with the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of ADGM, or any equivalent regulator in any other country to provide financial services. We’re a publication, not a regulated adviser, and reading our articles doesn’t make us your adviser, your broker, or your fiduciary.

We don’t know your financial situation, your goals, your risk tolerance, your tax position, or what’s appropriate for you specifically — and our content isn’t designed to take any of that into account.

Cryptocurrency is high-risk. Markets are volatile, much of the sector is lightly regulated or unregulated, and you can lose part or all of the money you put in. Past price action and past performance of any project we cover tell you very little about future results. Before you act on anything you read here, do your own research and, where the amount of money matters to you, talk to a qualified, regulated financial professional in your country.

If you’re accessing the site from a country where crypto-related content is restricted or where promoting virtual assets requires specific authorisation, you’re responsible for ensuring your use of the site is lawful where you are.

3. Eligibility

To use this site you need to be at least 21 years old, or of legal age in your country if that’s higher. The UAE generally treats 21 as the threshold for financial activities; some other countries set it lower. By using the site, you’re confirming that you meet the age requirement and that accessing the kind of content we publish is legal where you live.

Crypto rules vary widely from country to country. We don’t customise our content for any specific jurisdiction, and it’s on you to make sure your use of the site complies with your local laws.

4. Editorial content, methodology, and accuracy

We try to publish content that’s well-researched, clearly reasoned, and honest about its limits. Where we use forecasting models or quote third-party data sources, we name them. Where an article reflects an author’s personal view, we say so. Where we make a mistake, we’d rather hear about it and fix it than leave it up.

That said, we can’t guarantee that any specific article, prediction, chart, or data point is fully accurate, complete, or up to date. The crypto market moves fast, sources change, models drift. Our content reflects the information available at the time of writing — sometimes things look very different a week later.

Opinion pieces, forecasts, and analytical articles reflect the views of the individual author at that moment. They aren’t necessarily the institutional view of Polygon Price Prediction, and they’re definitely not endorsements of any token, project, or service mentioned in them.

5. Sponsored content, advertising, and affiliate links

Independent publishing has to be paid for somehow. We do that through a mix of advertising, sponsored articles, press releases, and affiliate partnerships. Affiliate links mean we may earn a commission if you click through and sign up for a service, fund an exchange account, or buy a product. It doesn’t cost you anything extra.

We label sponsored content as sponsored. We don’t try to dress an ad up as editorial. But please apply the same critical thinking to promotional content that you’d apply to any advertising. A project being featured here is not an endorsement, not a vetting, and definitely not a recommendation that you should put money into it.

Where local law requires specific disclosures or licensing for crypto-related promotions — for example VARA’s marketing regulations in Dubai — we expect the advertisers we work with to comply on their end. We do our best to screen out obvious scams and unlicensed offerings, but we can’t independently verify the regulatory status of every product mentioned in every piece of sponsored content.

6. Third-party links, data, and embedded content

Our articles regularly link to other websites — project pages, white papers, exchanges, data providers, social media posts, news outlets, and so on. Those links are there because they’re relevant, not because we’ve audited the destinations. We have no control over third-party sites and we’re not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their security, their privacy practices, or anything that happens as a result of your visiting them.

The same applies to embedded charts, tweets, videos, and widgets that pull data or content from outside platforms. If a price chart on our site shows the wrong number because a data provider had a glitch, that’s a third-party issue and you shouldn’t rely on a single source for any decision that matters.

7. How you can and can’t use the site

You’re welcome to read our articles, share them on social media, link to them, quote a sentence or two with attribution, and discuss them in comments where we have them open. There are some things you can’t do. By using the site, you agree not to:

  • Break any law or regulation that applies to you, including UAE federal law, the laws of the emirate you’re connecting from or accessing the site in, or the laws of your home country
  • Post or transmit content that’s defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, abusive, or otherwise unlawful — and we’d specifically flag that UAE law treats some categories of online speech more strictly than other jurisdictions, including content that insults religion, the state, public morals, or named individuals
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent who you’re affiliated with
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our hosting, our databases, or any related systems
  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated method to harvest our content, data, or user information without our written permission
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or anything else designed to interfere with the site
  • Use the site to promote scams, pump-and-dump groups, fraudulent token sales, fake giveaways, or anything similar
  • Reproduce, republish, repackage, or redistribute substantial portions of our content without permission (more on this in the next section)
  • Treat our forecasts as if they were guaranteed outcomes and then come back to argue with us when they don’t pan out

If you break these rules, we can suspend or block your access to the site, and we don’t have to warn you first if the situation is serious enough.

8. Intellectual property

The articles, predictions, charts (where created by us), graphics, logos, layout, code, and overall design of the site are owned by Polygon Price Prediction or licensed to us, and they’re protected by UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights, as well as by international copyright treaties.

You can do the normal, civilised things with our content: read it, share links, quote a line or two with attribution, post it to social media. You can’t copy whole articles to another site, sell our content, train commercial AI models on it without permission, or pass it off as someone else’s work. If you’d like to syndicate, translate, or otherwise reuse our material in a more substantial way, get in touch and we’ll have a conversation about it.

If you believe content on the site infringes a copyright you own, email us with the details — what the work is, where the infringing version is on our site, and how to reach you — and we’ll review it promptly.

9. Comments and user submissions

If we have comments enabled, or if there’s any other way to submit content (tips, guest posts, feedback), the content you submit must be your own or properly licensed, and it must follow the rules in section 7. By submitting anything to us, you grant Polygon Price Prediction a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, edit, and distribute that content in connection with the site and our promotion of it.

We don’t pre-screen user comments and we don’t endorse them. We can remove anything that violates these terms or that we just consider unsuitable, at our discretion.

10. Newsletter and email communications

If you sign up for our newsletter or any other email list, you’re agreeing to receive emails from us. We won’t sell your email address, we won’t spam you, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. How we handle your personal data more generally is set out in our Privacy Policy, including how we deal with the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable privacy rules.

11. Site availability and changes

We try to keep the site running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. Hosting hiccups happen, plugins break, things get updated. We may also change, restructure, or remove parts of the site — or take the whole thing offline — at any time, with or without notice, and without owing you anything for it.

12. Disclaimers

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site, its content, its accuracy, or its availability. That includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of forecasts or data, and non-infringement.

We don’t warrant that the site will be error-free, virus-free, secure, or continuously available. You use it at your own risk, and you take full responsibility for any decision you make on the basis of what you read here.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed under the law that applies to you, Polygon Price Prediction, its owners, writers, contributors, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost savings, lost trading opportunities, or any financial losses tied to investment, trading, staking, or other crypto-related decisions — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the site or the content on it.

If, despite that, we’re found liable for something connected to these terms or the site, our total aggregate liability to you is capped at five hundred UAE dirhams (AED 500), or the equivalent in your local currency.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that can’t legally be excluded under UAE law or the law of any other jurisdiction that gives you mandatory protections — for example, liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or any consumer protection rights that are non-waivable where you live.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Polygon Price Prediction and the people behind it harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time — to add features, reflect new laws, or just clean up wording that needs clarifying. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll do our best to flag it more visibly, for example with a notice on the homepage or in the newsletter.

If you keep using the site after a change is posted, that means you accept the new version. If you don’t accept it, the answer is the same as it was at the start — stop using the site.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates (UAE) and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

17. Severability

If any clause in these terms turns out to be unenforceable or invalid under UAE law or any other applicable law, the rest of the document still applies. We’ll treat the unenforceable part as modified to the minimum extent needed to make it valid, or removed entirely if that isn’t possible, and the rest of the terms continue to do their job.

18. No waiver

If we don’t enforce a particular right or term right away, that doesn’t mean we’ve given it up. We can still enforce it later.

19. Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other notices we publish on the site, make up the full agreement between you and Polygon Price Prediction about your use of the site. They replace any earlier agreements, discussions, or understandings on the same subject.

20. Get in touch

Questions, complaints, takedown notices, syndication enquiries, corrections, anything else — email us at mail@polygonpriceprediction.com and we’ll come back to you as soon as we reasonably can.
